Greenest neighbourhoods in Gdańsk
Share of each Gdańsk neighbourhood's own area covered by greenery and water, as a percentage. Parks, forests, meadows, water and protected areas counted together, without double-counting where they overlap.
How to read this
This is a share of the neighbourhood's area, not the distance to the nearest park. A large neighbourhood with one forest at its edge ranks high even when the walk from its centre is long — a limitation of the measure, not an error in it.
More than a quarter of the area is green in 24 of 35 measured neighbourhoods.
From 100% in Wyspa Sobieszewska to 8% in Strzyża — a 92 percentage-point range.
